History OF Excellence - We've been serving the Seattle U-District residents since 1986. Our Service Advisors
are trained and certified by the Automotive Management Institute (AMI). Between our Service Advisors and
Automotive Technicians there is more than 120 years combined experience in the automotive industry.
In essence our Technicians Are Trained and Certified to perform Diagnosis, Repair and Preventive Maintenance
Service on your Automobile, Light Truck or SUV, using our up-to-date equipment to insure that the work is done
right and right on time! We work on most Asian, Domestic and European vehicles.

through the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence, a nationwide voluntary professional
certification program. We're also members of the Automotive Service Association-ASA.
Technician and State Certified Emissions Specialist. His specialty is Subaru and other Japanese vehicles,
Jeep and Chevrolet. Ken is an avid mountain climber and resides on the Board of Trustees of a premier NW
outdoor education and conservation club.
Technician - Binh is qualified to work on Domestic and Asian vehicles, is ASE Certified and experienced with
Acura, Honda, Hyundai and Nissan plus other Japanese vehicles. He has experience "tuning" and customizing
import cars.
Service Manager/Technician - Ray has over 25 years tire and auto repair experience, working with Domestic,
Asian and European vehicles. Ray is very involved in the community volunteering and working with youths,
coaching soccer, basketball and baseball.
Manager - Tom Sumpter is an ASE Master Certified technician experienced with most Domestic and Import
vehicles. He taught college level automotive repair 6 years and was an advanced field trainer for 10 years with
MOOG Automotive, training working technicians advanced Heating and Air Conditioning, Brake repairs
including ABS, Steering and Suspension systems.
